Team competitions among veterans called "The Valor of the Unbroken" took place in Lutsk. All participants are Ukrainian defenders who have sustained various injuries or amputations in the line of duty.

The Valor of the Unbroken” – veterans’ team competitions supported by Aurora 🇺🇦💪
“The Valor of the Unbroken” is a team competition among war veterans, organized by the Ukrainian Strongman Federation and the Ukrainian Federation of War Veterans’ Sports.
Veterans from across Ukraine gathered in Lutsk to compete in teams of three, forming 14 powerful crews. The competition featured four disciplines: kettlebell press, barbell press, a 3-minute cycling challenge, and a 100-second rowing machine test.
Renowned athlete Vasyl Virastyuk served as the head referee. He emphasized that self-discipline and sports are key to veterans' rehabilitation — and that our defenders also need attention and support.
The Lutsk event marked the 14th edition of “The Valor of the Unbroken” in Ukraine and wrapped up the season. Notably, this was the first time the competition was held in a team format. Two participants from Lutsk — Taras Sasovskyi and Oleh Morhun — were selected for the National Team and will represent Ukraine at the international veterans' competition in Madrid this October.
Aurora once again proudly supported the event, believing that sport is one of the most effective ways to help veterans reintegrate into civilian life.
