  3. Leadership Developing leadership qualities: the ability to inspire, organize, and guide others
  4. Online training “Generational Theory” How to work and interact with people from different generations (X, Y, Z, Alpha)
  5. The Art of Communication Effective communication, nonviolent dialogue, and social intelligence development
  6. Course “LEAN Methodology” Process optimization, waste reduction, and creating value for the team and the customer
  7. The Right Questions Tools for critical thinking and team development through questioning
  8. Goal Setting SMART techniques, Goal Tree, and other tools for achieving results
  9. Managing Daily Work Pomodoro, Kanban, Eisenhower Matrix, and other methods for organizing tasks
  10. Online training “Motivation” How to maintain internal and external motivation and avoid demotivation
  11. Conflicts: Internal and External Conflict as a signal of unmet needs. Learning to resolve it constructively
  12. Final Testing Consolidation of knowledge and assessment of participants' progress
