Aurora actively supports corporate social responsibility, with one of our key focus areas being the promotion of blood donation among employees. In 2022 alone, we organized six group trips to local blood donation centers. As a result, our company now proudly counts 139 regular donors, with a total of 286 donations made throughout the year.
As we delved deeper into the topic, we discovered the broader challenges facing the donor system in Ukraine. This understanding — and a desire to help improve the situation — inspired us to partner with the incredible team at Blood Agents, a volunteer initiative dedicated to building a culture of conscious, voluntary blood donation.
Blood Agents is a civic organization that, since 2015, has been promoting regular, conscious, and voluntary blood donation across Ukraine. With a vast volunteer network, hospital rotations, corporate donation programs, and creative awareness campaigns, Blood Agents have turned blood donation into a powerful grassroots movement.

For Aurora, joining the effort to popularize blood donation in Ukraine is a natural next step in strengthening our corporate donor program. That’s why we’ve signed a formal partnership agreement with Blood Agents — to work together toward a shared goal: supporting and expanding blood donations both within our company and throughout the country.
