Your key responsibilities:
- Управління повним циклом розвитку програми лояльності: від концепції до реалізації та оптимізації;
- Аналіз поведінки клієнтів, сегментація аудиторії та побудова релевантних пропозицій;
- Розробка та впровадження механік лояльності для діджиталізації клієнта;
- Розробка та впровадження механік лояльності для які стимулюють повторні покупки, збільшення середнього чека та частоти візитів;
- Формування та трекінг продуктових KPI: активність учасників програми, NPS, ROI тощо;
- Тестування та запуск нових функцій в мобільному застосунку / на касі / в e-commerce;
- Пошук та впровадження best practices з ринку ритейлу та FMCG.
We'll have a great time working together if you:
- Маєш досвід роботи з програмами лояльності або customer retention продуктами;
- Маєш розуміння продуктової аналітики, базових метрик: ARPU, LTV, Retention, MAU/DAU, NPS;
- Впевнено використувуєш аналітичні інструменти (Google Analytics / Firebase / Amplitude / BI);
- Вмієш формувати гіпотези, будувати CJM, трекати результати через метрики;
- Вмієш працювати з Agile / Scrum / Kanban;
- Маєш стратегічне мислення + орієнтацію на результат;
- Комунікабельний(-а), вмієш працювати з різними департаментами;
- Здатний працювати з цифрами та формувати інсайти;
- Проактивний(-а), ініціативний(-а), вмієш впроваджувати нове;
- Гнучкий(-а) та адаптивний(-а) у змінному середовищі.
