Your key responsibilities:
- Запуск та ведення внутрішніх ініціатив для працівників (спорт, волонтерство, підтримка добробуту);
- Організація подій: від ідеї до реалізації (спортивні активності, челенджі, корпоративні івенти відповідно до цілей КСВ);
- Розвиток культури участі: залучати людей, мотивувати, будувати ком’юніті;
- Робота з командами та амбасадорами всередині компанії;
- Координація тренувань, активностей та внутрішніх спільнот;
- Взаємодія з підрядниками, партнерами та внутрішніми стейкхолдерами;
- Підтримувка процесної частини: договори, акти, звітність;
- Аналіз залученості і ефективності ініціатив.
