Your key responsibilities:

  • Проведення навчальних тренінгів для підтримки операційної ефективності розподільчих центрів;
  • Співпраця з іншими відділами компанії для виявлення потреб у навчанні та розробки відповідних програм чи курсів;
  • Редагування методичного матеріалу (інструкції, дистанційні програми, тести, опитувальники та ін.);
  • Участь у створенні навчальних програм і курсів;
  • Ведення звітності та інші адміністративні процеси;
  • Постановка задач на відповідальних та контроль їх виконання.

  • Володієш грамотною розмовною та письмовою українською мовою; 
  • Маєш сильні презентаційні навички та природний талант спілкування з людьми; 
  • Готовий(-а) до роботи в режимі постійних змін та нової інформації; 
  • Розумієш принципи та методи навчання дорослих; 
  • Впевнено користуєшся програмами Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Google Docs); 
  • Вмієш підтримувати свою ефективність на високому рівні самостійно, без постійного контролю; 
  • Ініціативний(-а), бажаєш вчитися та розвиватися.
