- Навчання співробітників зміни процесу відвантаження та приймання товару;
- Організація роботи по прийому товару;
- Організація та контроль правильного розміщення товару на зоні зберігання;
- Систематичний контроль у вигляді інвентаризації;
- Контроль відвантаження замовлень на РЦ мережі;
- Контроль виконання завдань у встановлені терміни;
- Постановка завдань співробітникам;
- Надання своєчасного зворотного зв'язку в робочих групах;
- Робота в WMS GOLD, GMS, Excel, Word та Google – таблицях;
- Контроль за дотриманням правил та норм згідно стандартів компанії;
- Контроль за дотриманням правил та норм охорони праці, техніки безпеки та протипожежного захисту.
