How did you start your journey with Aurora?
I was invited to work at a network company that manufactured metal-plastic windows. Later, the company moved to Poltava, with the office located near the central market. I often visited Aurora on business and got acquainted with the promoters there. At that time, my company faced internal issues, and I started looking for another job. I wanted to join Auror as a promoter, but there were no vacancies at the time, so I joined another store with a similar product range. However, our paths eventually crossed when Aurora acquired the store where I worked, and I was finally hired onto their team.
What motivated you to continue climbing the career ladder?
I have always been interested in learning new skills, trying new things, and improving myself. I wanted to study, grow, and gain valuable experience.
What challenges did you face throughout your career journey?
There were no significant challenges. The only difficulty was initially establishing communication within the new team, but this issue was quickly resolved.
Did you ever consider positions in the office (other departments)?
Over time, I held many positions and worked in various departments. At one point, I considered applying for an IT specialist position in the office, as my education is related to this field. However, I ultimately decided to develop in a different direction.
