Your key responsibilities:

  • Прийом звернень користувачів через внутрішню СRM та корпоративні чати;
  • Первинний аналіз, класифікація та пріоритизація тікетів;
  • Коректне делегування задач на відповідальні ІТ-команди, за потреби на відповідальних з інших відділів компанії;
  • Контроль руху тікетів та дотримання SLA по реагуванню;
  • Комунікація з користувачами щодо статусу звернень та очікуваних термінів вирішення;
  • Закриття типових і базових запитів користувачів (консультації, стандартні дії);
  • Взаємодія з іншими ІТ-фахівцями для уточнення деталей та ескалацій;
  • Фіксація та оновлення інформації у тікітах, дотримання стандартів обробки звернень.

  • Маєш вміння чітко та грамотно комунікувати з користувачами;
  • Маєш уважність до деталей, вміння структурувати інформацію;
  • Маєш розуміння базових принципів роботи ІТ-підтримки або Service Desk (буде перевагою);
  • Вмієш швидко орієнтуватися в нових системах та процесах;
  • Ти відповідальний (-а), організований (-а); Маєш бажання розвиватися в ІТ-напрямку.
