Aurora Supports the Development of Veteran Sports in Ukraine

Aurora continues to support initiatives that help veterans and service members recover, return to active life, and feel the strength of community.

In the first half of the 2026 veteran sports season, the Strongman Federation of Ukraine held six qualifying stages of national veteran competitions, as well as an international veteran tournament in Bukovel as part of the B.E.S.T. multisport festival.

More than 1,700 veterans and service members from different regions of Ukraine took part in the events.

Veteran sports are about much more than athletic performance. They create a space for physical rehabilitation, social adaptation, peer support, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward.

For Aurora, supporting such initiatives is a way to express gratitude and respect to those who have defended Ukraine. We believe that support for veterans should be consistent, meaningful, and long-term — and sport can be one of the important tools for recovery.

The season continues. In the second half of 2026, seven more qualifying tournaments are planned, followed by the national final. The season will also include the formation of Ukraine’s national team of around 60 veterans, who will represent the country at the international Strong Spirit Games.

Registration has also opened for the national competition among war veterans “Syla Ukrainy” / “Strong Ukraine,” which will take place on June 27, 2026, in Irpin, Kyiv region.

Details and registration are available on the pages of the Strongman Federation of Ukraine.

Aurora thanks the Strongman Federation of Ukraine and the organizing committee of “Zvytiaga Neskorenykh” for their important work, and all participants for their strength, resilience, and inspiring example.

Supporting veteran sports means supporting people whose strength inspires the entire country.
