Your key responsibilities:
- Прийом, обробка та вирішення технічних звернень користувачів (дзвінки, заявки);
- Діагностика та первинне вирішення можливих технічних інцидентів;
- Налаштування та підтримка віддалених робочих місць користувачі;
- Встановлення й оновлення ОС (Windows/Linux) та прикладного ПЗ;
- Робота зі специфічним корпоративним програмним забезпеченням;
- Інформування користувачів про статус їхніх заявок та допомога у вирішенні проблем.

- Маєш базові знання Windows / Linux;
- Розумієшпринципи роботи локальних мереж;
- Маєш технічне мислення та вміння самостійно знаходити рішення;
- Здатний швидко навчатися та адаптуватися;
- Комунікабельний (-а), уважний (-а) до деталей, доброзичливий (-а);
- Досвід роботи в підтримці буде плюсом, але не обов’язковий.
